Valentine's Decor that can fit in your carry on bag

As Valentine's Day approaches, everyone is prowling the internet looking for idea's and suggestions to help make and finalizing their plans for the big day. That is where I come in. I am here today to share with you idea's that can be to make your day extra special and is low stress that you can enjoy the activities too.

Spa Day

The first idea that is simple and does not call for a whole lot of work from you is a day of rest and relaxation. Depending on what kind of hotel room you book, most suites come with a nice sized tub, a robe, and some slippers. That is half the battle when planning a nice spa day for your special some. Remember to bring along fresh rose petals for the bath. These should keep well on the plane ride and all you have to do is store these in the fridge once you make it to your destination. Keep in mind a lot of hotels may have complimentary items such as bath towels, lotion, bubble bath, and other toiletries. Make sure to check with your hotel front desk before you depature so you can grab the items they don't have. I have categorized my suggestions by men and women. There is something for everybody. I have a few honorable mentions that are nice if you are taking a car ride to your destination such as the lotions and facial scrubs over 3 oz . However, if you really want to use these things, no worries, transfer them to bottles that meet the 3oz or less requirements for plane rides. For Women

Picnic in the Room

How about a nice evening with food, drinks, and music in the room? What better idea than to have picnic in the room to celebrate Valentine's Day with your special someone. A lot of the suggestions I have below are affordable decor that will fit down nicely in your carry on and help tie the mood of love to show that person how special they are to you. The only thing that you have to bring to the table once you get to the destination is your food. No worries, you can always order room service, have food delivered, or go pick up your food and bring it back to the room. An idea would have the person you are surprising go pick up the food while you are decorating the room. A few things I would like to mention that are not pictured that make for some great decor and don't take up any space are balloons (deflated), rose petals, banners (folded). Remember to bring the tape! A few honorable mentions that are great for car rides but not plane rides are the heart waffle maker and the fondue set. I hope you enjoy the suggestions below.
