Egg Nog Daiquiri


Directions
Step 1.
Pop glasses in fridge while you prep
Step 2.
Prep your bowls or plates for sugaring and/or Salting
Step 3.
Pull glass out of fridge. Drizzle Caramel inside cup.
(Pro tip: clean outside of glass if you get caramel outside of the rim with wet paper towel)
Step 4.
Put glass back in fridge
Step 5.
Non alcoholic drink
3 cups egg nog
2 cups ice
Alcoholic
4 cups egg nog
3 cups ice
2 shots for hint of something and 3 shots for a punch.
( Double recipe for 4 people; triple for a crowd; divide the measurements in half for 1 person)
Step 6
Blend together
Step 7
While mix is blending, pull glasses out of fridge and sugar/salt your rim.
(pro tip: make sure caramel has hardened and its not runny)
Step 8
Pour mix in glass and top with cinnamon or nutmeg. Don’t forget your cinnamon stick garnish!

Cinnamon Simple Syrup
2 min. prep
10 min. cooktime
2 cups of water
4 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 cups sugar
In a small sauce pan add water and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Next, turn the isle down to simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out the cinnamon sticks. Bring water back to a boil and add sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the stove. Add simple syrup to warm drink. If drink is cold let it cool down or pop in the fridge.
Strawberry Bellini Instructions:
Add your glasses to the fridge to chill. In a blender, combine 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, and simple syrup. Blend well. Rim your glass with lime juice and sugar. Divide the strawberry puree among 4 chilled Champagne flutes. Gently pour in the sparkling wine or champagne. Stir gently to combine. Drink up cold.
